根据省运管局《关于认真做好2011年道路春运工作的通知》（甘运输〔2010〕68号）文件精神，结合“迎两会 庆新春”市容环境整治活动，为了建立两会和新春节日期间道路运输良好秩序，市运管处在全市范围内开展了客运市场集中治理整顿活动，有效的遏制了“黑车”非法参与营运、扰乱正常的出租市场经营秩序、影响行业和社会稳定的不良势头。使出租车市场进一步得到了净化和规范，营运秩序明显好转。欢迎广大市民和出租车驾驶员支持和参与打击“黑车”治理活动，希望广大市民关爱生命，拒乘“黑车”，积极举报“黑车”参与营运的不法行为。现将2010年1月1日至2011年3月7日查处184辆“黑车”号牌曝光如下：
